These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the website bibites-lab.com and the cloud platform cloud.bibites-lab.com ("Platform") between Bibites Lab and its users. Deviating conditions of the contracting party shall not be recognized unless Bibites Lab expressly agrees to their validity.
The presentation of our services on the Platform does not constitute a binding offer but rather an invitation to submit an offer. By submitting a registration or order form, the user makes a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded only upon confirmation of the registration or order by Bibites Lab.
Bibites Lab provides a cloud-based platform specifically designed to simulate projects from the (The Bibites) programs. The exact service features are described on the Platform.
Registration is generally required to use the Platform. Users agree to provide truthful and complete information and to keep their login credentials confidential. Bibites Lab reserves the right to reject or delete registrations without giving reasons.
By registering, the user is granted a simple, non-transferable right to use the provided services. The user agrees not to misuse the Platform, including the posting or distribution of illegal content, and is liable for all content transmitted by them.
Bibites Lab is liable only for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. For slight negligence, liability is limited to the typical foreseeable damages resulting from the breach of a cardinal contractual duty. Bibites Lab shall not be liable for third-party content provided by users.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, the user consents to the processing of their data as required for contract fulfillment.
Bibites Lab reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes in due time. If no objection is raised within one month after notification, the changed terms are deemed accepted.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply under the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Bibites Lab, provided the user is a merchant or does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
